ATULSIA is looking for .NET Developer with 3-4 years of experience. Successful candidates will be team-oriented and should have good communication skills for interacting with the internal team and client.

Technical Skills

• Languages/Web Technology: C#.Net, ASP.Net MVC, .NET Core, IIS (Deployment)
• RDBMS: MS SQL Server
• UI Technologies: Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3

Applicant must have the following competencies:

1. Proficiency in Programming Languages: Should have a strong foundation in programming language C#, JavaScript, etc. They should be able to understand code and provide guidance to team members.
2. Understanding of Software Architecture and Design Patterns:  Should be able to architect scalable and maintainable solutions, make design decisions, and guide the team in implementing best practices.
3. Experience with Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban is crucial for effective project management and team collaboration. The Team Lead should be able to lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
4. SQL and Database Query Optimization: Strong skills in SQL are necessary for querying, updating, and managing data in relational databases. Should be able to write complex SQL queries, optimize database performance, and ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation. Proficiency in database performance monitoring tools and techniques is necessary for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, optimizing database configurations, and improving overall system performance.
5. Database Design and Modeling: Should be able to create Database designs and models as per the requirement. Should be able to create entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), normalize data structures, and ensure data integrity and consistency.
6. Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment, are essential for a Team Lead. They should be able to set clear goals, provide direction, and empower team members to succeed.
